It was a whirlwind weekend of fun, food, and fine writing! The Ozarks Writers League met at the Honeysuckle Inn & Conference Center, which proved to be an ideal location to stay, dine, and attend the conference without stepping foot in the street!

Of course, the stars of Friday evening were our annual writing contest winners, with a special recognition award given to Dr. Fred Pfister for Lifetime Achievement. You can view a complete list of the winners HERE:

The buzz continued through Saturday with outstanding presentations by Kathleen Rodgers and Susan Varno, coaching for pitch presentations by Duke & Kim Pennell, and agent opportunities with Jeanie Loiacono.

A host of great ideas were generated at the general meeting, and the board was delighted to have so many willing volunteers to move OWL forward into 2016.
