Daniel Lorti, author of The Avignon Legacy, has been scheduled to speak for the Laguna Hills, California Book Club, hosted and moderated by Dorothy Daley, December 13, 2016. Members have expressed interest in the development of the characters against the factual background of the 14th Century and the transition to a search for a modern-day treasure trove with the FBI, Interpol, New Scotland Yard, and the French police, not to mention an unscrupulous collector, hot on the heels of two sophisticated thieves’ intent on locating and stealing it under everyone’s noses.
