Peach smoothies are a tasty treat that’s oh-so-satisfying. Peaches are a good source of vitamin C, as well as fiber, potassium, and iron, making them a healthy smoothie choice, too. And, peaches contain phosphorous, which contributes to healthy bones and teeth, as well as zinc, which helps to boost your immune system and is said to have positive anti-aging benefits. What’s not to love?
Peaches can be paired with a number of other tasty ingredients for an amazing blend of flavors. Try mixing peaches with strawberries, or pair peaches with mangoes for a delicious tropical smoothie taste. In addition to strawberries, peaches are also excellent paired with other berries like blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Add some Greek yogurt for a delicious creamy treat that’s high in protein, or a bit of maple syrup or honey for some added sweetness.

“Here’s my favorite Yummy Peach Smoothie Recipe:
Blend for 20 seconds:
- Slices or chunks from a fresh peach
- Two peeled ripe (soft) bananas, cut into several pieces
- Around 20 almonds
- One cup of water
Then add to the blended smoothie any of these you would like:
- Around 30 sunflower seeds
- A tablespoon of ground flax seeds
- A squeeze from a slice of lemon
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
- A sprinkle of Himalayan salt or sea salt
- A half cup or a cup of old-fashioned oats, depending on how thick you like your smoothies
This smoothie keeps you full, energized, and happy all morning long.”
