“Here’s my favorite Yummy Strawberry Smoothie Recipe.
Blend for 20 seconds:
A handful of ripe and fresh strawberries or 1/2 cup or more of frozen strawberries
Two peeled ripe (soft) bananas, cut into several pieces
Around 20 almonds
One cup of water
Then add to the blended smoothie any of these you would like:
Around 30 sunflower seeds
A tablespoon of ground flax seeds
A squeeze from a slice of lemon
A sprinkle of cinnamon
A sprinkle of Himalayan salt or sea salt
A half cup or a cup of old-fashioned oats, depending on how thick you like your smoothies
