Saturday, August 29th, Philip Levin, author of The Tides of Mississippi (Argus Publishing, November 2015) hosted the book launch for Katrina Memories, a compilation of stories written by survivors of Hurricane Katrina @ Chateau Blessey 1012 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39530
